| ProjExc offer independent audits or assessments, both on Project Management Capability or on Live Projects.
During a PM Capability Audit, our ProjExcioneers will look at the 3 key elements for success of project management in an organisation – Process, Tools and People/Competence. This we will compare with the board level/senior manager view and identify strengths, weaknesses and disconnects.
The findings of the Capability Audit will be provided in a formal written report containing recommended “quick wins”, together with no obligation recommendations for longer term development, if appropriate.
Live Project Audits will normally take the form of a review of project plans, progress, issues, risks and an overlay of the elements for success. Following the assessment ProjExc would normally provide a written report with an honest assessment of status, and what needs to be done to increase the chances of project success.
