Willmott is our Project Human Resources
specialist. Su is an HR Consultant whose experience
in all matters of employment means that she brings a
fantastic, real world approach to getting the human
resources angle right in projects. Not only does Su
help in job profiling, recruiting, establishing contracts
of employment, transfer of undertakings (TUPE), she
is also great at helping align corporate and project
performance management and appraisal systems, and with
staff release at project completion. Su has worked predominantly
in the SME market for the last four years supporting
businesses across the UK who do not have the internal
facilities to handle their own HR issues. One of her
clients commented: "Su approached the whole
situation with a level of professional confidence and
integrity that I thought only possible in corporate
HR departments." With a background in Sales
and Marketing to Director level she is also capable
of focusing her attention on training and development
which naturally leads to human resource strategy and
planning. Su is a member of the Chartered Management
Institute and the Chartered Institute of Personnel and
Development (CIPD).
